Whilst our critics and doubters stand there and throw bricks at us, we are the ones to catch those bricks and use them to build the foundations for the house of our dreams
We have written this blog via our WordPress site and then we posted it via the WordPress publishing facility that delivered it to our Facebook Page, Google+ Page,Tumblr Page,and Twitter Page, and also shared it to sections on our LinkedIn Pages too.
However, the main question is, have we shared this correctly? We are on many other platforms as well the ones mentioned above and will be sharing this there too – well the link anyway – as we want this to get to all the audiences we deal with. Why? Well the reason being is people use different platforms depending on their age, job, interests and locations – we need to cover all bases. This article will be going on all our sites, for just one simple reason, we want people and companies to SEE us….

Now, why is this important? Well if you company is advising and targeting teenagers, if they are leaving Facebook and heading elsewhere, you need to find those sites and start advising there now not next year and start creating/building your online presence there.
The situation for us, is that besides helping making sure your company is on the correct path, has the right processes in place, helping you reduce costs and planning your strategy through to 2020….ouch!!
Yep, you saw right!!
Why, because so much is changing already but many companies still aren’t here now today! Let alone where they should have been back in 2012! So, if companies are still needing to move from pre-2012 to 2014, what hope have they got to ready for 2020 by 2018?

So where are you promoting your company?
We have been discussing with people and companies all about promotion and where you are with regards to sharing content on your company, whether it information, newsletters photos or videos.
The issue you have whether you are releasing, promoting, releasing or sharing information is the applications and platforms you use.
Either way, which ever method you use, the ones you use (or don’t use) need to have one thing in common – the same name for your company.
So, what you need to do, is make sure that you have found every possible site you think you should be using now, in the future and may not use at all.
Once you have identified all these sites, make sure you register them in your company name (or product name), thus meaning that your name, brand and/or product name is owned by you and not a competitor or another company that uses the same name.
Now that you have got you name on all these sites, whether you are using them consistently or just place a holding message (with contact information), people finding you via these applications will see you and by seeing you, the content they see, becomes part of your Content Marketing programme.
The content may not be much on some of these applications, but together with your name and the content and these applications, your brand protection all of a sudden becomes part of your Content Marketing Strategy.
